MoM Produccions is a company led by Oriol Ferrer and Kiko Selma that specialises in the world of performing arts and the audiovisual sector. MoM focuses its efforts on promoting bold, daring projects, without overlooking the mechanisms needed to ensure that these projects reach and manage to seduce the public at large. We are able to take on this major challenge thanks to our many years’ hard-earned experience, which has made us great believers in the huge communication possibilities our work can offer.

Since our beginnings, we have produced theatre projects such as La Pata Negra, a show directed by film director Roger Gual (Smoking Room) that was premiered at the Grec Festival in Barcelona; operas such as Rita; contemporary readings of classic musicals such as Història del Soldat (co-produced with the Peralada Festival); and biting comedies such as Versió Original Subtitulada (co-produced with the Teatre Lliure); as well as many other activities in different artistic areas, particularly in the field of performing and/or audiovisual arts.

Impressed by our serious approach to our work, a number of film and television producers have entrusted us with different audiovisual projects. We have worked on a television series directed by Cesc Gay and the film Lo bueno de llorar, directed by the acclaimed Chilean director Matías Bize


Oriol Ferrer i Ribalaiga_		Director of MOM Productions. Since 1991 has worked in the show business as producer, either in the theatre or music field. In 2001 founds MOM Productions with the aim to carry out his own projects. In 2003 he is associated with the actress Vicenta Ndongo, who became part of MOM Productions and staged up their first own show: La Pata Negra. From his beginnings, Oriol Ferrer has worked in musical productions for Lluís Llach (El Pont de Mar Blava, Porrera...) and Maria del Mar Bonet (El cor del Temps, Salmaia, El·las...). In theater, has been the producer of Tricicle (Sit and Tricicle 20), of different shows for the company 3xtres (El Florido Pensil, De que Parlàvem, La Bella Helena...). Graduated by the Sheffiled University (Great Britain) in business management. Has been a teacher of the Ramon Llull University in the Master of Cultural Management area and in different theatre schools.

Kiko Selma_		Director of MOM Productions. Kiko Selma’s career in the world of entertainment started in 1987 at the Valencian Government’s Centre Dramàtic. In 1990, he joined the Gran Teatre del Liceu as stage manager for five seasons. In 1995, he set up La troupe to provide entertainment services aimed chiefly at organising major events and managing and producing theatre and contemporary-dance companies. He has worked with celebrated companies such as La Fura dels Baus and Comediants, amongst others, and renowned festivals such as the Peralada Festival, the Granada Festival and Dansa València. After working at a number of different European theatres, he returned to the Liceu as executive producer in 2001, where he worked on building up the external-production department. For the past three years he has worked as head of stage management at the Teatre Nacional de Catalunya.
